Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Course cancellations

For a full refund, cancel a group course at least 7 calendar days before its first session. Cancellations 3–6 days before the start may receive a 50% refund. Fees are non-refundable less than 72 hours before the course begins.

Workshops and private sessions

Mapping Lab and one-to-one bookings can be cancelled for a full refund at least 48 hours in advance. With 24–48 hours' notice, you may reschedule once or receive a 50% refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

After training starts

Completed sessions and digital worksheets already supplied are non-refundable. If a multi-session course has started and exceptional circumstances prevent attendance, contact us promptly; any partial refund is based on undelivered sessions and work already completed.

School cancellation

If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, you may receive a full refund for the affected session or remaining course. If a session moves online because the classroom is unavailable, you may accept the online place or request rescheduling.

How to request a refund

Email learn@dataresolverbase.digital with your name, booking, session date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing may take additional time.

Exceptions

We consider documented emergencies individually and apply any mandatory rights under Georgian law. No deposit is retained beyond the cancellation terms above, and we do not charge for physical materials.
