Terms of Training

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or enrol in training provided by Data Resolver Base School. By booking a class, you agree to the terms current on the booking date.

2. Educational scope

Our classes teach technical analysis methods for educational purposes. Nothing on this site or in a session is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend trades or guarantee results.

3. Bookings and fees

A place is confirmed only after we accept your booking and provide payment instructions. Prices shown are in Georgian lari and are informational until confirmed in writing. This website does not process payments.

4. Attendance and conduct

Learners should arrive prepared, respect other participants, and avoid sharing private class discussions. We may remove disruptive participants without refund where conduct materially affects the class.

5. Materials

Worksheets, slides, and annotated charts are for the enrolled learner's personal study. They may not be republished, sold, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

6. Availability

We may reschedule a session because of illness, technical failure, or circumstances outside reasonable control. We will offer a replacement date or applicable refund.

7. Liability

You remain responsible for your financial decisions. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for trading losses or decisions made using educational material.
